1. What's the lead time for mass production?
Generally, our delivery time is about 3-6weeks after the deposit payment. It depends on the ordered quantity and product complexity. Please contact our sales for the exact delivery date before placing the order.
2. What's the MOQ for each item?
For the mass production order, our MOQ is 500pcs per item, which can be mixed with different beam angles, different CCT and different finished colors. Special projects kindly please consult our sales team.
3. What certifications do you have for your products?
ANOVA is ISO9001 certified manufacture. Most of our products are approved by CE, TUV, SGS, SAA, etc. for European market, Australian market, Asia market, South America market and Mid-east market.
4. Which dimming are available for your products?
Our products can be TRAIC, DALI, 0-10V, etc. dimmable. And can be wireless controlled by Wifi, Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee with Tuya platform.
5. Which dimmers are suitable for your TRIAC dimmable lights?
Our independently developed flicker free and 0-100% dimming drivers are suitable for almost all EU dimmers, such as ELKO, Eltako, Schneider, Plejd.
6. Can you provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes. We have 21 years experience to provide OEM & ODM for our customers. Just tell us your idea, our professional R&D team will make flexible customized solutions for you within 3 days.
7. Can you provide free color box design service?
Yes. We have specialized design engineer to help you design the color box freely. But There are MOQ requirements on color box quantity. More details please consult our sales.
